#displayWidth and #displayHeight do not work in the Amiga manifest.

Description

These tags should override the Amiga defaults, just as they override the default display area in AOZ mode, but they're ignored in the Amiga manifest.
They set the numbers, but do not alter the actual display appearance.

Once this is working, perhaps a warning area should be displayed in the transpiler with a message line:

Warning: Altering the display width and/or height could make this code incompatible with a real Amiga system.
