Left Ctrl & Right Ctrl (in aoz mode) - In Amiga mode these should be the same.

This is partially fixed.
In Amiga mode Ctrl-Left and right are both in the 8 bit position (bit 3)
Set one of them with the high bit (15) on to distinguish it from the other.
You can also now use both left and right modifiers at the same time.
What still needs fixed is that the key up events are not always clearing the old values properly.
