Clicking "New AOZ Application" button fails. (Previously worked.)

Description

It results in "Cannot create application..." error.

To reproduce error:

Click "New AOZ Application" button.
Enter the application name: TEST_APP
Two messages pop up, including "Cannot create application...".

This used to work.
I even tried re-installing AOZ 0.9.3.2, but I still get the same error.
